This website is operated by Watan Finland. Terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Made in Watan throughout the entire website. By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions that apply to customers, vendors, merchants and contributors of content. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of our Terms of Service and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

All the products at Made in Watan can be bought by adding them to cart and paying through online payment methods. All customer data is treated confidentially and will not be used for other purposes than delivering the product and to contact the customer when needed. The customer is required to agree with the terms and conditions when ordering.

Made in Watan sells their products to private persons of legal age. All of the products include value added tax. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.  We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products

Our products or services have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

We try our best to display as accurately as possible but we cannot that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Having received your order, we will send you a confirmation letter confirming the order details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. It is customers responsibility to provide us with accurate information. Should an error occur, customer needs to contact us immediately. We are not responsible if a product is sent to a wrong address due to inaccurate information given.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Delivery and costs

Available delivery methods and costs are available at Shipping Conditions. The estimated delivery time may vary from the information given and we are not responsible for any delays, which are caused by other parties. If the products are out-of-stock or there is a general delay in the delivery, it will be informed to you immediately.

We reserve the right to change or modify shipping fees and times anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. It is your responsibility to check our website for changes.

Once orders are placed and confirmed, any kind of changes to the order are not possible.

Payment methods

Payment methods are provided by third parties. Currently available methods are Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Returning an item

We have a 14-day return policy for regular priced items. You have 14 days to request a return via info@madeinwatan.com after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return on regular priced items, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you take care while trying on your items as any items returned to us with makeup or any other markings, stains, or smells will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are required to cover any applicable shipping costs for the return. Customers are also responsible to ensure we receive the product at our return address. We are also unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping for the order you wish to return.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, an item is missing or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you must reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your damaged product in order for us to address the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. This process can take up to 7 business days after we receive your item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is not approved, your item(s) will be shipped back to you.

Unclaimed package

If you have not claimed your package and it’s sent back to us, we will return your money according to previous chapter. We will charge delivery costs from an unclaimed package, has it not been cancelled and notified to us.
